Theo Zacher |  Property Manager

Theo is an Assistant Property Manager at RX Health & Science Trust (RXHST). He joined RXHST in 2026 and is responsible for supporting the property management and real estate operations of the firm’s healthcare portfolio. His responsibilities include assisting with tenant relations, property operations, lease administration, property budgeting, and coordinating with vendors. Previously, Theo worked in industrial real estate at Cawley Commercial Real Estate, where he focused on the O’Hare industrial market and assisted clients with leasing, investment sales, property analysis, and market research.

Theo earned a BS in Operations Management from the University of Alabama, where he graduated Cum Laude.
