Zinnia Olsson | Property Manager
As Property Manager, Zinnia is responsible for property operations and tenant relations across RX Health & Science Trust’s portfolio, while supporting capital improvement projects and broader asset initiatives. Zinnia brings experience in commercial real estate, healthcare-focused property management, client relations and business development.
Prior to joining RXHST, Zinnia worked in Client Relations at Waveland Property Group, where she was involved across a portfolio of medical office and commercial properties, coordinating tenant initiatives, leasing efforts, vendor relationships and property improvement projects. She also served as Client Success & Business Development Manager at Confirmed Life Safety, working with real estate ownership groups, asset managers, property managers and operational leaders on life-safety compliance and portfolio oversight.
Zinnia's industry involvement includes speaking engagements as a panelist at RE Journals’ Chicago Forecast Conference and Chicagoland Asset, Property & Facility Management Summit. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from North Park University.
