As Vice President, Development, Mike is responsible for the company’s construction projects ranging from ground-up construction of new facilities to tenant buildouts and property capital improvement projects. Prior to RXHST, Mike was Vice President of Development at Green Courte Partners, a real estate private equity platform focused on niche real estate asset classes. Previously, he was a Vice President of Development at The Parking Spot, a long-term near-airport parking developer and operator, as well as a Project Manager at W.E. O’Neil Construction, a general contractor. Mike earned a BA at Loras College and a Construction Certificate at Purdue University Northwest.
