RX Health & Science Trust, Inc. (“RXHST”) is a national outpatient medical real estate investment and operating platform. The company was founded in 2021 to build a portfolio of premier outpatient medical properties across the U.S. RXHST seeks opportunities where it can utilize its team of experienced healthcare real estate professionals to acquire, develop, renovate, and upgrade assets through leasing, capital and operational initiatives.
Our Platform
RXHST is led by experienced healthcare real estate professionals and a vertically integrated team with expertise across operations, leasing, development, construction and finance. RXHST is sponsored by two prominent global investment firms, Davidson Kempner Capital Management and Monarch Alternative Capital.
Our Strategy
RXHST is focused on the following types of investments:

Acquisitions of non-stabilized medical buildings with value creation opportunities through leasing, capital and operational initiatives

Investments across the U.S. with preference for above average growth markets such as Phoenix, Atlanta, Texas, Florida, and other similar areas

Single asset and portfolio transactions with a target minimum capital deployment of $10+ million per investment

Capability to provide customized capital solutions to outpatient medical real estate owners and developers via financing transactions such as senior debt, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity
