As General Manager, Facilities, Joe is responsible for overseeing property management initiatives related to facilities management, capital improvement programs and tenant buildouts. Prior to RXHST, Joe was a Senior Facilities Operations Manager at CBRE and Northwestern Medicine, a non-profit healthcare system affiliated with the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Previously, he was an Assistant Chief Engineer at ABM Facilities, a publicly traded platform and one of the world’s largest providers of facility services and solutions, as well as a Stationary Engineer at Hines, a prominent global real estate investment, development and management firm. Joe earned his BS from Ferris State University.
