Felicia Shotkoski | Director, Strategic Operations
As Director, Strategic Operations, Felicia is responsible for managing RX Health & Science Trust’s corporate operational activities including designing and implementing processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the company’s operations including managing the firm’s suite of information technology resources, corporate and property insurance, overseeing external communication activities including preparation of marketing collateral, assisting with strategic property and asset management initiatives and other corporate activities. Prior to RXHST, Felicia was Director of Strategic Initiatives at Matrix Sciences, a portfolio of companies focused on food and agriculture products, as well as Investor Relations and Marketing Manager at Syndicated Equities, a national real estate private equity firm. Felicia earned a BS from Drake University.
